This page describes how NICOS processes personal data of visitors and of people who send enquiries through the contact form. We comply with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Purposes and legal bases
Contact-form data is processed to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). Analytics data is collected on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted.
Recipients
Data may be processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (outbound email) and Cloudflare (form spam protection). They operate under data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses for any transfers outside the EEA.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics. We don't profile visitors and we don't share data with advertisers.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
