Fence and gate with a geometric steel detail

The project shows how black steel can organize the front of a house without becoming a heavy wall. Solid fields provide privacy, vertical profiles let light through, and the geometric detail connects the gate, pedestrian entry and fence spans.

01

Combine privacy with a lighter front rhythm and keep one detail language across elements with different functions.

02

Solution

Solid panels and vertical profiles were combined with a repeated geometric motif used as a visual marker at the gate and pedestrian entry.

03

Result

The front line reads as one architectural system and the individual parts do not compete visually.

  • sliding gate prepared for automation
  • pedestrian gate and spans in one visual line
  • solid and openwork infill combined
  • repeated steel front detail

Process

  1. 01
